Requirements: Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience; high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a sales and service environment; 2 years of cash handling experience; 2 years of customer service, referrals, and sales experience; retail/branch banking experience preferred; extensive knowledge of banking/financial products and services desirable; strong communication skills and digital banking proficiency; detail-oriented with excellent follow-through; adaptable to a fast-paced environment; positive attitude, growth mindset, and ability to work independently or in a team; discretion with confidential matters
