Position: Assistant Sommelier
About: Baltaire is a contemporary steakhouse in Los Angeles. They offer patrons a wide selection of high-grade steaks, seafood and drinks. Their kitchen is led by Chef Samuel Jung and they are currently on the lookout for an experienced Sommelier to assist in food and wine pairing.
Requirements: Minimum of three years of experience in a fine-dining setting
