Position: Bakery Supervisor – Signia by Hilton Orlando and Waldorf Astoria Orlando
About: The Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando are looking for their next Pastry/Bakery Supervisor to join the culinary team. These two one-of-a-kind properties boast 12 different dining outlets, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service and high-quality baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of pastry and baking experience, specializing in danishes, croissants, pastries, specialty breads, and more, with extensive expertise in hotel operations. This role will involve overseeing a team of 4-6 people.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 3-5 years of pastry and baking experience in a hotel setting; expertise in creating and preparing pastries, breads, and desserts; strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
