Position: Bakery Specialist
About: At our company, we focus on growing People, Brands, and Businesses by seeking a talented Bakery Specialist to be responsible for providing client and customer bakery training and retail support in the assigned territory. The role involves developing and maintaining strong working relationships with In-Store and Sales Operations personnel.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of experience in baking with skills in areas such as donuts, dry mix, frozen dough, proof and bake, and cake decorating; advanced cake decorating and baking skills; superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills; creative problem-solving and project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage time effectively; excellent critical thinking and analytical ability
