Position: BAKERY OPS. MANAGER – UNION
About: The Bakery Operations Manager is responsible for guest relations, department duties such as ordering, merchandising, and training, as well as leading the efficient, safe, and profitable operations of the department.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; High School Diploma or equivalent; A minimum of one year of Bakery experience preferred; Ability to work and communicate professionally with all levels of management; Ability to self-motivate and problem-solve; Physical ability to perform tasks like bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in a freezer; Technical skills in basic math and computer tasks; Certified Food Safety Manager certification; Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; Flexible to work various hours/shifts, including weekends and holidays
