Requirements: 1+ years of experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in a managerial role; Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification; Possess business acumen and excellent time management skills; Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and commitment to food safety practices; Ability to work in varied temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerators and freezers; Strong attention to detail, business acumen, self-motivation, and capability to work independently; Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
