Position: Bakery Manager Level V ~ Bench Greensboro NC

The company is currently seeking a Bakery Department Supervisor to oversee guest service, merchandising programs, and departmental operations in the bakery section.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; friendly and outgoing personality; ability to work well with others; ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally; knowledge of bakery operations; ability to supervise people including training and development; effective communication, guest service, and selling skills; must be at least 18 years old; ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time; ability to communicate effectively with Store Manager and Merchandiser; ability to work well with computers
