Position: Bakery Manager I
About: New Seasons Market is seeking a Bakery Manager I to lead the Bakery department and staff in maintaining exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and department conditions. The position is based in Oregon/SW Washington and reports to the Assistant Store Manager.
Requirements: Friendly and customer service oriented; previous retail, food service, or grocery management experience required; barista experience preferred; basic to intermediate math and computation skills required; intermediate to advanced computer proficiency required; skills to manage financial results, plan, prioritize, and delegate work; self-motivated with high attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a flexible schedule and adhere to company attendance policy
