Position: Bakery Manager- Greater Houston Area or Beaumont, TX

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of leadership experience; certified Bakery Expert or equivalent (e.g., Retail Bakery Association-Certified Master Baker preferred); SORM or equivalent; food safety certification; forklift/power jack training; advanced interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills; strong leadership, analytical, organization, and planning skills; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and H-E-B systems; ability to adapt to change, manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively; able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, squat, use hand/finger dexterity, work in varying temperatures, including coolers and extreme heat, and flexible with working hours and schedules.
