Position: Bakery Manager- Greater Houston Area or Beaumont, TX

As a Bakery Manager, you are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Bakery department, and get to know our Customers, and treat them to excellent service. You will supervise a team of Partners. Requirements: certified Bakery Expert or equivalent (e.g., RBA-certified Master Baker); School of Retail Management (SORM) training; 3+ years of leadership experience; Certified Bakery Expert or equivalent (e.g., Retail Bakery Association-Certified Master Baker preferred); SORM or equivalent; Food Safety certification; Forklift / power jack training; Advanced interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills; Strong leadership skills; Analytical skills; Organization and planning skills; Feedback skills; Computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel), and H-E-B systems; Ability to adapt to stressful situations with change management; Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks; Ability to delegate effectively
