Position: Bakery Manager
About: Walt Churchill’s Market, a renowned grocery store with a 100+ year tradition, is seeking a Full-Time Bakery Manager for its Perrysburg, OH location. The Bakery Manager will oversee all aspects of the bakery operations to ensure quality products, excellent customer service, and a safe work environment.
Requirements: Management experience in a bakery, restaurant, or retail setting; passion for producing and selling quality baked goods; moderate computer skills including email, Excel, Word, Outlook, and online ordering systems; great multitasking, organizational, communication, and customer service skills; comfortable working with the public and assisting customers; attention to detail and time management abilities; leadership, sales, and merchandising skills; must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED; ServSafe/Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain one; culinary education (classes, certification, or degree) is a plus
