Position: Bakery Manager
About: Sprouts Farmers Market is a rapidly growing retail grocery store offering high-quality, farm-fresh produce, natural meats, and bulk goods in a friendly, farmer’s market-style setting. They are currently seeking a Bakery Manager to lead the Bakery Department.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 2 years’ retail grocery experience; Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; Have outgoing and friendly behavior, positive attitude towards team members and customers, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment; Be capable of performing general housekeeping, operating various equipment, and meeting physical demands such as standing for extended periods and lifting weights; Adhere to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations; Possess knowledge of personnel and financial reports
