Position: Bakery Manager

Requirements: Associate degree in Culinary, Baking, or Pastry Arts preferred; 2-3 years experience in managing the production of baked goods and pastries for retail with at least $4.0 million in sales; Two years of previous managerial or supervisory experience of teams from 25-40; Ability to train, coach, and support your team and be hands-on; Track record of leading and developing teams through clearly articulating expectations and holding team accountable; Exposure to financial controls and accountabilities; Local Candidates only.
