Position: Bakery Manager $22.00/hr-$32.00/hr

Requirements: Must obey all State and Federal health and safety guidelines; experience using bakery machinery like mixers, ovens, proofers, and “Bolillo” roller; adhere to dress code including white collared dress shirt with a solid black tie, white pants, solid black anti-slip shoes, hat, and hairnet; ability to lift boxes and products weighing up to 60 lbs, push/pull items up to 350 lbs, bend/stoop, reach above shoulder level, and maintain a clean work area; wash hands frequently with hot water for at least 20 seconds
