Position: Bakery Management
About: The Bakery Manager at our establishment is primarily responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient operations of the Bakery Department. This role involves leading the team, maintaining a positive work environment, and meeting financial goals while upholding company policies and procedures. The Bakery Manager plays a key role in overseeing asset control, inventory management, and food safety procedures within the bakery department.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; High school diploma or equivalent; Minimum of three years of management experience; Ability to work scheduled shifts and meet store needs; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Physical ability to perform job tasks; Basic math and computer skills; Certified Food Safety Manager; Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; Flexibility to work various hours, weekends, and holidays; Willingness to attend meetings and travel as necessary; Team player with good interpersonal skills
