Position: Bakery Department Team Trainer
About: Whole Foods Market is seeking a dedicated Team Trainer to support high engagement, productivity, and retention of New Members by providing quality training on their home team. The Team Trainer collaborates with Team Leadership, Store Trainer, Team Member Services Generalists, and other Team Members to ensure successful completion of training programs and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves coordinating training schedules, facilitating team-specific operational training, and maintaining accurate training records using Whole Foods Market’s learning systems.
Requirements: 6 months of Whole Foods Market experience (or equivalent retail training experience); comfortable speaking with small and large groups; capable of teaching constructively; basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications (MS Office Suite); familiarity with Whole Foods Market’s learning systems; strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; passion for high-quality foods and company mission; strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; ability to follow procedures and deliver exceptional customer service
