About: Whole Foods Market is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Bakery Team as a Bakery Team Member. This role involves supervising and delegating tasks to team members, maintaining clean and well-stocked displays, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bakery department. The position requires upholding the company’s standards of customer service and team efficiency according to established procedures and guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 12+ months retail experience preferred; extensive knowledge of bakery team procedures and policies; strong organizational and time management skills; excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills; proficiency with email and Microsoft Office; ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various physical conditions; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
