Position: Bakery/Coffee Shop Team Leader
About: Metropolitan Market, LLC, a well-known bakery and coffee shop located in Uptown/Queen Anne (Seattle), is seeking Team Leaders to lead by example in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring department-wide service standards are consistently met. The team focuses on engaging with guests through prompt order fulfillment, sharing knowledge about bakery and coffee offerings, and maintaining clean and well-stocked self-serve areas.
Requirements: High level of self-motivation and initiative; proven success working in a diverse team environment; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; strong leadership skills; knowledge of food safety and relevant guidelines; two years of supervisory experience preferred
