Position: Bakery/Coffee Shop Lead
About: Proctor (Tacoma) is seeking Bakery/Coffee Shop Leads to train the team and ensure excellent guest service, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean environment. Ideal candidates are outgoing, customer-focused, and passionate about bakery and coffee offerings.
Requirements: High level of self-motivation and initiative; proven success in a diverse team environment; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; strong interpersonal and oral communication skills; knowledge of food safety, HACCP/Department of Health guidelines; 2 years of barista and bakery experience; 2 years of customer service experience
