Position: Bakery/Coffee Shop Assistant Team Leader
About: Metropolitan Market, a bakery and coffee shop located in Uptown/Queen Anne (Seattle), is seeking Team Leaders to train and lead their team members in providing excellent guest service. The department focuses on prompt customer orders, sharing knowledge about bakery and coffee offerings, and maintaining clean self-serve areas.
Requirements: High level of self-motivation and initiative; proven success working in a diverse team environment; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work within deadlines; strong leadership skills; knowledge of food safety and HACCP/Department of Health guidelines; two years Barista and food service experience; one year of supervisory experience; three years of customer service experience
