Position: Bakery Clerk/Barista
About: Team members within Metropolitan Market, located in Crown Hill (Seattle), enjoy engaging with customers through prompt fulfillment of customer orders, sharing knowledge about delicious bakery and coffee offerings, and ensuring clean and well-stocked self-serve areas. They seek outgoing, friendly individuals to deliver tasty, fresh bakery and drink items to guests in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven success working in a diverse team environment; ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously; comprehensive knowledge and understanding of food and coffee, including ingredients, applications, and culinary skills; knowledge of food safety and HACCP/Department of Health guidelines; one year of experience preparing coffee drinks in a high volume coffee shop and one year of Bakery industry experience
