Position: Bakery Clerk
About: Big Y, a grocery store chain, is in search of a Bakery Clerk to uphold exceptional customer service by ensuring the freshness and quality of bakery products. The Bakery Clerk will also be responsible for maintaining department cleanliness and food safety standards while providing product knowledge and assistance to customers.
Requirements: Ability to represent and support Big Y’s culture of caring while living the mission and vision; supports Big Y’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives; must project a clean and professional appearance; ability to operate within company policies, procedures, and standards; willingness to cross-train and learn other areas as needed; ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the store; must be 18 years of age to operate machinery (refer to minor guidelines where appropriate)
