Position: Bakery Clerk
About: Big Y is a grocery store located at 355 Hawley Lane and is currently seeking a Grocery Associate/Team Member for their Bakery department. As a Bakery Clerk at Big Y, you will be responsible for preparing, weighing, finishing, slicing, pricing, packaging, and stocking products. Additionally, you will maintain proper department conditions and supplies, including shelves, cases, sales floor, backroom, freezer, and cooler, as well as operate, clean, and reassemble equipment/machinery.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bakery or grocery setting preferred; ability to operate bakery equipment and machinery effectively; attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean workspace; strong physical stamina for lifting and standing for extended periods
