Requirements: To be a Bakery Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market you must: Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent; have 1-2 years of bakery experience or a relevant combination of education and experience; be dependable, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact effectively with customers; demonstrate the capacity to work in a team environment, take directions, and perform general housekeeping duties; be capable of operating various equipment like knives, compactors, and hand trucks as required; adhere to safety, health, and regulatory standards, including obtaining and maintaining a Food Handlers permit.
