Requirements: To be a Bakery Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market you must be at least 18 years old with a High school diploma or equivalent; have 1-2 years of Bakery experience or a suitable combination of education and experience; be dependable, reliable, and able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; exhibit outgoing and friendly behavior with good communication skills; demonstrate the ability to interact with customers, perform general housekeeping duties, and operate bakery equipment.
