Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 6-12 months retail or restaurant experience; completion of Bakery Decorator Apprentice training program or relevant experience; proficiency in cake and pastry decorating, color theory, icing techniques, recipe adherence, and equipment safety; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to meet physical demands of the job including lifting 50 pounds, standing/walking for 6-8 hours, and using various tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment
