Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 6-12 months retail or restaurant experience; completion of the Bakery Decorator Apprentice training program or equivalent experience; efficient cake and pastry decorating skills; ability to follow recipes, directions, and procedures; strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
