Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 6-12 months retail or restaurant experience; completion of Bakery Decorator Apprentice training program or equivalent experience; proficient in cake and pastry decorating, color theory, icing techniques, and recipe following; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer service expectations
