Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 6-12 months of retail or restaurant experience; completion of Bakery Decorator Apprentice training program or relevant experience; proficiency in cake and pastry decorating, color theory, icing techniques, recipe following, and knife handling; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
