Requirements: High school education or equivalent preferred; minimum of three years of experience in full bakery operations and procedures or equivalent combination of education and experience; health department training required; be able to calculate percentages and ratios, handle customer inquiries, and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine cleaning duties, climb ladders, and work in varied temperature environments
