Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of Bakery Department operations; ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and with minimal supervision; physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs frequently; willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings; ability to comply with company policies and standards
