Position: Bakery
About: The Acme Bread Company is looking for an addition to our staff of friendly, energetic people to work shifts at our retail location in the San Francisco Ferry Building. The duties for this position include retail and wholesale order fulfillment, cash handling, cleaning, and record-keeping.
Requirements: Good arithmetic skills for record-keeping, cash handling, bread counting, etc.; Pleasant demeanor, good English communicator, and a sense of humor is an asset; Be Honest, Strong, Energetic, & Nimble; Have retail experience with available work references; Foreign language skills are a big plus, especially Spanish. However, any language is of use considering the noticeably diverse backgrounds of our customers; This retail sales job is physically demanding, and it requires the ability to lift items up to 3lbs; be available to work weekends and holidays (including day before Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve); Must be legally eligible to work in the US
