Position: Bakers, Pastry – BAKERY by Frothy Monkey
About: BAKERY by Frothy Monkey is a wholesale bakery in Nashville owned by Frothy Monkey. They bake everything from scratch, including Artisan breads, sandwich breads, muffins, cookies, layer cakes, and pies. The team partners with local farms and producers to bring seasonal freshness to their products, fostering a sense of community around the table.
Requirements: Formal culinary/pastry baking school education and/or equivalent prior baking experience is preferred; delighted to train individuals with a willingness to learn and develop bread skills; ability to operate equipment for high-volume artisan baked goods production efficiently; willingness to occasionally work overtime based on production needs; capable of stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout a shift; strong English language skills in reading, writing, and verbal communication; understanding of basic and moderate percentage-based mathematics; positive attitude and energetic work ethic to collaborate with a dedicated pastry team
