Position: baker – Store# 53313, Siren Retail – Chicago Roastery
About: This position contributes to the success of the Roastery and Reserve stores by preparing beautifully assembled salads, sandwiches, pastries, and pizzas for customers. The Roastery and Reserve baker plays a key role in culinary leadership, ensuring quality food products are prepared in a fast-paced environment, in line with Starbucks guiding principles.
Requirements: maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays, experience in customer service role, experience in delegating tasks and coordinating employees, ability to interact with customers effectively, prepare food and beverages to standard recipes, adhere to store operating policies and standards
