Position: Baker Rivea – W Las Vegas
About: MGM Resorts International, a prominent entertainment company, is seeking a passionate Baker to join Rivea, a French and Italian-inspired dining destination by Chef Alain Ducasse at W Las Vegas. This role involves creating artisanal breads, decadent desserts, and exquisite plated presentations to provide unforgettable culinary experiences for guests.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age or older; high school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent; 1+ years of prior relevant experience; willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
