Position: Baker/Pastry Team Member
About: Tempe Public Market Cafe is seeking a dedicated individual to join our pastry team, working under the guidance of our Executive Pastry Chef. The role involves preparing a variety of baked goods, syrups, jams, and more with a focus on maintaining consistent quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position also entails cleaning and upkeeping baking equipment, adhering to safety standards, and meeting high-volume bakery demands regularly.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen preferred; strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately; knowledge of baking techniques and equipment maintenance; adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines
