Position: Baker/Pastry Lead FT

The Baker/Pastry Cook role involves preparing pastry products to the highest standards and supporting the in-house bread operation within the hotel. This position may also entail additional responsibilities in bread baking, pastry production, and decorating as directed by the Chef. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior pastry/baking experience in a commercial operation; ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight; capacity to stand and walk throughout the shift; flexible availability for weekends, holidays, day and PM shifts, and overnight duties
