Position: Baker/Pastry Cook
About: Andaz Miami Beach is seeking a Pastry Cook to join the hotel’s opening team. The luxury lifestyle hotel, located in the heart of Mid-beach with an art-deco design, features 287 guestrooms including 34 suites, offering a unique Ocean-view arrival experience. Amenities include a spa, fitness center, dining by José Andrés, pools, and a Beach Club, along with innovative event spaces embracing Miami’s culture of music, art, and fashion.
Requirements: Minimum of one (1) year of high-end pastry and dessert production and plating; Competency with English Weights & Measures for standardized recipes; Experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant environment; Possession of professional kitchen tools; High school diploma or GED; Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
