Requirements: Minimum of one (1) year of high-end pastry and dessert production and plating; complete competency with English weights & measures for standardized recipes; experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant environment; possess a professional set of kitchen tools including a chef’s knife, paring knife, peeler, zester, pastry brush, and vegetable peeler; high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
