Requirements: Proven experience as a Professional Baker and Pastry Chef; Expertise in pastry preparation, baking techniques, and dessert presentation; Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen safety; Creative, attention to detail, and aesthetic presentation; Passion for quality service and creating special moments for residents; Team player; Ability to stay calm under pressure; Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check
