Position: Baker (“Panadero/a”)
About: A reputable hotel in need of a skilled and creative Baker to consistently create high-quality baked goods for guests. The Baker will be responsible for adhering to recipes, blending ingredients, baking a variety of items such as breads, cakes, pies, cookies, and pastries, decorating baked goods, and ensuring standards of quality, freshness, hygiene, and safety.
Requirements: High school or equivalent education required; Associate degree in hotel or institutional food preparation preferred; Minimum two (2) years of baking experience; Current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law
