Position: Baker – MGM Grand

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of prior relevant baking experience preferably in a high volume bakery setting; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; knowledge of standard kitchen equipment and supplies; experience in a similar resort setting; knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations; excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal forms; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
