Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for baking breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts; experience in baking and cake decorating preferred; ability to work with baking equipment and maintain quality and safety standards; customer service orientation; pride in work and willingness to learn; community-minded
