Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for baking bread, cookies, pastries, fancy desserts, and decorating cakes; experience in a bakery or related setting preferred; ability to operate baking equipment efficiently; strong customer service skills; eagerness to learn and be part of a community
