About: Dunkin Donuts is seeking a Baker to join their team responsible for making a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries, and other baked products. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to work overnight and early morning hours, and capable of multitasking with minimal supervision. The Baker will adhere to strict company guidelines for quality, safety, and cleanliness standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and health department requirements are met consistently.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum age of 18 years; ability to use and learn a variety of baking and kitchen equipment; physical stamina to stand up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending, kneeling, and repetitive motions; strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities; basic math and reading skills
