Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; passion for baking breads, cookies, pastries, and decorating cakes; experience in baking and customer service preferred; ability to operate baking equipment effectively; strong communication and teamwork skills; willingness to learn and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work culture
