Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in baking breads, cookies, pastries, and decorating cakes preferred; passion for baking and creating fancy desserts; ability to operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers; excellent customer service skills; attention to quality, freshness, and safety standards
