The Baker plays a vital role in preparing yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked products while ensuring freshness, speed, cleanliness, and organization in their daily tasks. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in baking or food production preferred; strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and guidelines; friendly and customer-oriented approach to serving guests; knowledge of local health department laws and regulations
