They execute and understand recipes, perform quality checks, decorate baked items, process customer orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. Crumbl Cookies offers 120+ specialty flavors that rotate weekly in an open-kitchen environment nationwide.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in baking or food service preferred; strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills; attention to detail in quality inspections; willingness to work independently or with a team; flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
