About: Golden Corral is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Staff/Pastry Cook to join their team. As a Baker at Golden Corral, you will be responsible for preparing hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items. You will also prepare breakfast bakery items, follow the buffet production system for quality and shelf life compliance, ensure freshness and visual appeal of all bakery products, and maintain quality standards according to Golden Corral recipes and standards. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in baking or pastry preparation preferred; ability to follow recipes and production guides accurately; knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices; attention to detail and creativity in baking
